Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ViralGrok ("the Service"), operated at viralgrok.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
ViralGrok is an AI-powered content generation platform for X (formerly Twitter) that uses advanced AI models including Grok-4 to help users create engaging social media content.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using ViralGrok, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- ✦Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- ✦Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
- ✦Notify us immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.
You may register using email/password or through third-party OAuth providers (Google, X). When using third-party authentication, you authorize us to access certain account information as permitted by those services.
Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Free Plan
The Free plan provides limited access to the Service, including up to 5 AI content generations per day. The Free plan is subject to change without notice.
4.2 Paid Plans (Pro & Business)
Paid subscriptions ("Pro" and "Business") are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Polar. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- ✦Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
- ✦Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- ✦Provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges.
4.3 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- –Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- –No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
- –Your account will revert to the Free plan after the paid period expires.
AI-Generated Content
5.1 Ownership
Content generated through the Service using your inputs ("Generated Content") is yours to use. However, you acknowledge that:
- ✦Similar content may be generated for other users providing similar inputs.
- ✦ViralGrok does not claim ownership over your Generated Content.
- ✦You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing Generated Content before publishing.
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- ✦All content you publish on X or any other platform using our Service.
- ✦Ensuring Generated Content complies with X's Terms of Service and community guidelines.
- ✦Verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content before use.
- ✦Any consequences, including account suspensions or bans on third-party platforms, resulting from content posted using our Service.
5.3 AI Limitations
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. ViralGrok does not guarantee that Generated Content will achieve any particular engagement, virality, or performance metrics on X or any platform.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- ✕Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content.
- ✕Create content that promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or discrimination.
- ✕Impersonate other individuals, brands, or organizations.
- ✕Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- ✕Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or technical restrictions of the Service.
- ✕Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or AI models of the Service.
- ✕Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service excessively.
- ✕Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by ViralGrok and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- –Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
- –Use the ViralGrok name, logo, or branding without written consent.
- –Create derivative works based on the Service.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms and APIs, including:

Disclaimer of Warranties
ViralGrok does not warrant that:
- –The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- –AI-generated content will be accurate, suitable, or free from bias.
- –The Service will achieve any specific results or growth on X.
Limitation of Liability
Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to ViralGrok in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:
- –Your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
- –We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
- –Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
